Recruiter Chat
Our recruiter call is all about getting to know you! We'll ask questions about your career pathway, your projects and what you'd love to see in your next workplace.
We understand that interviewing goes both ways and are also here to answer any questions about the CTO Labs way of working, client work and go to market strategy.
- Stage 3
Tech Meeting
Our technical meetings are led by a Principal Technologist or our CTO. The aim is to get to know what you love about tech. We will do a deep dive into your latest projects and talk through the technical challenges, team dynamics and tech stack.
We also have a lightweight pull request where you can talk through the code design and functionality, pointing out room for improvement and broken code.
- Stage 4
Habits Catch Up
The habits catch up dives into your human skills. Lead by a Senior/Lead Consultant, we dive into your recent projects and chat through highlights and challenges using competency based interview questions.
In short, we want to hear about your past experiences and what you have learnt from them. This will help us to understand how you'll tackle work at CTO Labs

Partner Chat
If you haven't already met our leadership team in the interview process so far, now is the perfect time. Our partners and founders love having input into every hire and want to meet with you and answer any questions you may still have before coming to a final decision.
